Our Mission and Reputation

Directly and exclusively supporting First Nations, Métis, and Inuit elected leadership, their administrations, their ec dev and corporate teams, their communities, Indigenous organizations, Indigenous groups, and Indigenous movements and ideas to help them:

  • Gain advantage and influence with other governments, industry, stakeholders, and the public;
  • Capture funding for projects and initiatives;
  • Improve the delivery of programs and services;
  • Create new economic opportunities and wealth;
  • Maximize community benefits through a true Nation-to-Nation relationship;
  • Foster healing and pride among community members; and
  • Grow sustainable capacity for the next seven generations.

We very selectively work with Non-Indigenous communities, leaders, businesses, and organizations to help navigate reconciliation in a practical and effective way.

We work at the intersection of Indigenous governance, Nation-building, economic development, and culture.

Our client scopes range from promptly delivering an impactful video or strategic planning session, to a longer project developing a Nation’s election or membership code, or drafting an ec dev or business plan, to ongoing project management or strategic executive support retainer relationship, and everything in between:

Founded in 2017, we’re Indigenous-owned+operated and understand how to balance progress with tradition, business with ceremony, and strategic planning with Powwow.

We’re a powerful, uniquely blended team of creators that truly deliver, strategic advisors that actually write, and relationship professionals that really know the right person. 

With our diverse experience in both the public and private sectors across the world, we’ve successfully mixed strategic visual storytelling with creative management consulting, deploying our experience in filmmaking, communications, policy, and strategy to advance Reconcili-action for our clients in practical, effective ways.
